EE 476: Homework 1

due At the start of your first lab period.
  1. Read all of Lab 1. Write the source code necessary to impliment the two programming assignments for Lab 1.

  2. Reading from the schematics in the hardware description, determine:
    1. if the LEDs are lit when a logic high or low is applied to the connector.
    2. if the switches outputs are logic high or low when pushed.

  3. For Lab 3 you will need to drive an earphone from a PortD pin. The impedance of the earphone is around 500 ohms. Estimate the output impedance of an i/o pin from the AT90S1200 data sheet.
