EE 476: Homework 2

1. For the simple DAC circuit shown in Lab 2, each port output pin can be at Vcc=5 volts or at zero volts. Do this by hand. Solutions using any computer program will be graded as a zero.
   1. Show that if the port output is 0x80 that the voltage going to the oscilloscope equals 2.5 volts.
   2. Show that if the port output is 0x40 that the voltage going to the oscilloscope equals 1.25 volts.

Show that the 16 table values given for a sine wave are correct to 8 bits.
