In order to complete the first lab checkout on time, the following reading and problems should be completed before the start of the first lab section for this lab.

Explain the _Accum data type (see the Fixed Point page).
Describe how your code will be arranged. What threads will you use and what will be their functions? What helper functions and macros will you have?
