1. Why is the assembler sleep command used in the main loop?
2. The NTSC video signal we will generate is not interlaced. Explain what interlacing is and how our video signal differs from NTSC video. You may want to refer the the Stanford page or other links on the Video Generation page.
3. Explain how the timer1 ISR in the video code on the Video Generation page generates horizontal and vertical sync pulses.
